In the world of coffee, few regions are as revered as Sul De Minas in Brazil, and our Brazil Santos - Medium Roast is a testament to the rich legacy of Brazilian coffee cultivation.

Exquisite Origins: Handpicked from the rolling hills of Sul De Minas, our coffee beans are a harmonious blend of Catuai, Mundo Novo, Icatu, and Bourbon varieties, each contributing its unique character to the final cup. This region's microclimate and fertile soil create the perfect conditions for beans to flourish, resulting in a coffee that embodies the true essence of Brazil.

Tasting Notes: With a medium roast, our Brazil Santos coffee offers a symphony of flavors that dance across your palate. The mild acidity provides a delicate brightness, beautifully complemented by a medium body that imparts a smooth and luscious mouthfeel. As you savor each sip, notes of chocolate greet your senses, followed by the refreshing citrusy undertones of lemongrass. Roasted almonds add a layer of nuttiness that harmonizes with the clean and sweet finish, leaving a lasting impression that lingers on your taste buds.

Artisanal Processing: Our commitment to excellence extends to every stage of the coffee-making process. These beans are meticulously processed using the natural method, allowing them to sun-dry with their cherries intact. This traditional technique imparts a distinctive complexity to the coffee, showcasing the true character of the Sul De Minas terroir.

Great for French Press

I'm a dark roast espresso guy and my wife likes medium roasts made in a French Press. This coffee is fantastic made with the French Press and it's now her favorite coffee. I also think it's excellent.
